Pine Wood Derby

Another year down, 2 to go. I am so very grateful that my Dad loves to build these cars. He was so very patient with Christian this year as he helped him sand it and paint it. Christian was very proud of his car and it didn't make too bad a showing at the races.

It sure looks like fun! Glad that Grandpa was able to step in and help Christian with his car. We had ours recently. I tried to do it like Toquerville but it was a ton of work. We had to do it all...it was still fun but I am not sure it can be an annual event.
