"Mom do I have to get married?"

While I was cutting Christian's hair he asks me "Mom, do I have to get married?"
"No but you have to if you want to have kids."
"Well Kaden at school says getting married is a law and he LOVES Emily so he wants to marry her."
"Getting married isn't a law. Who do you like?"
"I like Emily too."
"I thought you were going to marry Mackayla?"
"I used to like her but now I like Emily. Remember when I went to Mackayla's to play?"
"Yeah to swim."
"Yeah, well Mackayla said she loved me then."
"Oh, but you don't like her back?"
"She doesn't love me anymore she loves Kaden."
"Are you alright with that?"
"Yeah because I like Emily and I don't want to get married."
"But don't you want to have kids? You would be a really good dad."
"No I don't want to have any kids."
"Well thats okay because I don't want to be a grandma."
"That's why I won't have any kids."
