Sunsets and turtles.

Plumeria....it is my favorite flower. I guess we came at the time of Hawaii's winter. The plumerias were not very aromatic but beautiful all the same. There were also crazy winds that picked up in the afternoon that the locals called the trade winds (sorry I am not too up on that info). It makes for a windy afternoon and smaller waves but clearer water for snorkeling. That was so much fun. We were snorkeling and there were some dolphins that swam into the bay we were in. There were tons of people snorkeling so they didn't stay long but you could hear them under water. We really enjoyed our trip.

This was our transportation.

I am a freak about sunsets. If I am at the beach that is what I am taking pictures of. I mean I fill up my whole memory card with shots. I am just waiting for the perfect one.

These turtles came to feed on the moss on the rocks when the tide was high every night. There were at least a dozen of them.

I have decided that if you want to see more pics of my trip to Maui you are just going to have to visit me. Blogger takes WAY too long to download each pic.

Um, you're uploading the photos in FULL resolution. Shrink them down to web format. It's much easier on you, and muuuuuch easier on people trying to view them.
